Level 19 Update -- Day 3 Ends

NOTE: Day 3 has come to a close after a flurry of eliminations in the first six minutes of level 20. There are 22 players who have advanced to day 4, which begins tomorrow at noon PST. The final 22 will play down to a final table tomorrow and blinds will begin in level 20 (6,000-12,000 with a 1,000 ante).

Alex Kamberis raised to 22,000 preflop and Paul Chauderson reraised all in for 129,000. Tyler Cornell reraised and then Kamberis moved all in as well. Cornell made the call and three all-in players flipped over their cards:

Chauderson was eliminated on the hand in 28th place and he took home $10,000 in prize money. Cornell was left with 170,000 and Kamberis grew his stack to 775,000 after the hand.

James Dowdy raised to 32,000 from middle position preflop and Josh Prager moved all in for 207,000. Dowdy made the call and they revealed their cards:

Play Slows Down a Little Bit

After the race to the rail that ensued on day 2 play has slowed down at the start of day 3 thanks to the generous blind structure of the tournament. The money bubble will still burst today but expect the bust outs to occur at a more reasonable rate today.
