E-Dog Takes A Small Hit, Still a Force
After limping into a four-way pot, Erick Lindgren bet 600 on a K92 and got two of his opponents to fold, but one stuck around - Michael McGhee. Both players checked the 3 on the turn, and after Lindgren checked the 10 river McGhee bet out 1,200 and Lindgren folded. Lindgren is still very much alive with around 27,500 in chips.
Schneider Claims Another Tournament Life
The short stack at Tom Schneider's table was in the blinds and forced to put his remaining chips in with 64. Schneider called from the button and showed Q10. The board came J-10-7-7-4 and Day 2's first elimination was in the books. Schneider ad around after the win.
Not The Ideal Start To The Day, Flush Over Flush
On a QJ2AQ board, Greg Monaldi bet and Marco Traniello raised. Monaldi called and Traniello confidently showed 53 for a riverd flush, but Monaldi showed 109 for a better flush. The loss took Traniello down, but he has since battled back up to around 34,400.
Tomko Nearly Doubles, But Remains Low On Chips
On a J107 flop, Dewey Tomko bet and was called by his opponent. Both players checked the 5 turn and when the A came on the river Tomko bet 1,200, leaving himself just 100 behind. His opponent called and Tomko showed A8 for a pair of aces and his opponent shook his head and mucked. Tomko has around 8,000 at the end of the level.
Dutchman Flying The Wrong Way
Marcel Luske bet out on a J1073J board and was called by his opponent, who showed 99. Luske showed A7 and his opponent took the pot - leaving Luske with around 8,000 in chips.
