Burt Boutin has always been a man with a keen sense of "return on investment." Boutin was born on November 18, 1967, in Landsdale, Pennsylvania, and instead of attending college after high school, he moved to Colorado at the age of 21 to become a stock broker. He became well versed in ROI and moved to Las Vegas in 1989 to continue his career.
About six years later, Boutin stumbled into a poker room, and he was hooked. Comparable to the ever-changing stock market, poker satisfied his urge to use his talent and decision-making skills in a lucrative venture. Boutin has won two World Series of Poker bracelets, including the 2001 $2,000 buy-in pot-limit event and the 2007 $5,000 rebuy pot-limit Omaha event.
