2, Marty Smyth checked in the big blind and Kenneth Matsson checked behind him. The K came on the turn and Smyth again checked. Matsson bet 60,000 and Smyth then raised to 208,000. Matsson thought for a few minutes and ultimately decided to put in the rest of his chips. Smyth held 9

. The 3 came on the river, giving Matsson the nut flush but Smyth a full house. Smyth has shot up the the list of chip leaders and is in second, narrowly behind Kido Pham.
Julian Powell eliminated in 14th place ($44,787)
In a peculiarly-played hand, Tom Hanlon called a raise by Julian Powell out of the big blind and then check-called on the flop when Powell moved all in. The flop was K64 and Hanlon held just J-T-9-4 but was ahead of Powell's hand, A-9-8-7. The turn and river were a trey and ten, respectively, giving Hanlon two pair and the pot.
