Vandeven, having him barely covered, instantly called and tabled 33 for quads. McNamara tried to muck, but since it was an all-in showdown, he was forced to reveal his A4.

Chris McNamara Doubles Through Eddy Mroczkowski
Sep 08, '13
Eddy Mroczkowski raised to 12,000 from middle position and action folded back around to Chris McNamara in the big blind. McNamara called and the two saw a flop of J66. McNamara check-called Mroczkowski’s 10,000 bet and the turn was the 6.
McNamara bet 13,000 and Mroczkowski called to see the Q on the river. McNamara bet 15,000 and Mroczkowski moved all in for about 156,000. McNamara, down to 70,500, called and the hands were tabled.
Mroczkowski flipped over two red fives for a turned full house, sixes full of fives but McNamara had also turned a full house. Holding J8, McNamara had the better full house and doubled up.
Mroczkowski was down to about 86,000 after the hand.

Aaron Lucas Wins Massive Pot
Sep 08, '13
A short-stacked Trisha Hustus was all-in preflop and called by Aaron Lucas and Chris McNamara. The flop brought the AJ9 and McNamara lead out for 19,000 from the small blind. Lucas made the call and the turn brought the A.
After quite a bit of consideration McNamara (somewhat quietly) announced that he was all-in.
“He said all-in right?” asked Lucas. “I gotta call this. I call.”
He commited in his 125,800 stack (which McNamara had well covered) and flipped up the JJ for a full house, and McNamara showed the AK for trip aces and the top kicked. Hustus was drawing dead with her Q7 for a queen-high flush draw.
The river brought the 7, securing the gigantic pot for Lucas and sending Hustus to the rail. Lucas now sits with the largest stack in the room with 331,000 while McNamara has dropped down to around 140,000.
