Action folded to the hijack, who raised to 7,500 and Tyler Morris three-bet to 17,000 from the cutoff. Action folded around to Chan Pelton in the big blind, who went into the tank.
“That whole stack is big chips?” Pelton asked Morris.
“Yea,” said Morris with a chuckle. “They are all 500s.”
Pelton took a few moments and folded and then the hijack called. The flop was J

Quentin Crossley Eliminated by Tommy Vedes

Tommy Vedes raised to 4,200 under-the-gun and was three-bet to 12,000 by Tyler Morris from middle position. Quentin Crossley cold-called from the cutoff and Vedes tanked for quite some time before moving all in for his last 68,200.
“You sure took a long time before you moved all in,” said Morris as he was in the tank.
Morris eventually folded his hand and then Crossley asked for an exact count and found out that it would be his tournament life on the line. Crossley pushed a stack forward and turned up his hand.
Crossley showed KQ and was up against Vedes’ JJ. The flop gave Crossley some extra outs with a board of 842. The turn was the J and Vedes was the favorite again. The river was the A and Crossley was eliminated while Vedes chipped up to 125,000.
“I folded ace-king,” said Morris after the hand.

The small blind asked for a count and the dealer verified that Morris was all in for 17,200. After a few moments, the small blind folded and Morris was left heads-up with the button.
The button tabled KQ and was in bad shape against Morris’ AA. The turn was the 2 and the river was the J to keep Morris’ aces in the lead and just about double him up while eliminating a player at the level nears an end.
Morris chipped up to 38,000 in chips.

Morris was in a dominating position going to the flop, but that quickly changed after the dealer fanned 3Q9 on the felt, pairing Carter’s trey and giving him the lead. The 7 rolled off on fourth street, meaning Morris needed an ace on the river to score the elimination.
The river was indeed the A, eliciting gasps from the duo’s tablemates. Carter was eliminated in 9th place and Morris increased his chips to about 900,000.

The flop was Q95 and Carter bet 75,000 after Lewis checked. Morris quickly moved all in for 325,000, Lewis folded and Carter snap-called. Carter was in the lead with his 99 and needed to fade a king or a diamond against Morris’ KK.
The turn was the J, keeping Carter’s set in the lead, but the A river card gave Morris the nut flush and a double up to 790,000. Carter was left with just 110,000 as the level moves past its halfway point.

Khosravi a Self-Proclaimed "Persian Ninja"

This had led to him to proclaim himself the “Persian Ninja” several times. Although he is still short-stacked, Khosravi appears to be having a good time at this final table.
He was all-in again, this time from the button with A6 and Tyler Morris called from the big blind with Q9. The board ran out 88334 and Khosravi doubled up.
