Matt Stout had been on the short stack for most of the day, and despite finding a few double ups over the last few levels, he was finally eliminated in 3rd place. Stout Open-shoved for 210,000 before the flop, Samuel Gerber called from the small blind, Max Steinberg reraised the big blind and Gerber folded.
Steinberg was ahead before the flop with AQ against Stout’s J8.

Level 25 saw some the shorter stacks take turns doubling up, starting with Joseph Marzicola at the beginning of the level. Marzicola four-bet shoved before the flop against Dylan Hortin and got a call. Marzicola was all in and ahead with QQ against Hortin’s AQ.
The board came Q82KA, giving Marzicola top set on the flop to double up. Marzicola ended the hand with just under 1.9 while Hortin ended with slightly more.
Matt Stout was the next player to find a double up in Level 25. Stout open-shoved the button for around 400,000 and Samuel Gerber called from the big blind. Stout was behind with K9 against Gerber’s A6.
