Joseph Christman Finds a Double
Oct 12, '14
We found Joseph Christman all in for his last 58,000 on the river with the board reading A103910.
“You got ace-ten,” asked his opponent. “I don’t think I can fold this.”
Christman’s opponent spent a few minutes in the tank before another player at the table called for a clock. A supervisor came over and with eight seconds left on the clock, Christman’s opponent pushed in a call. Christman quickly tabled A10, giving him a full house.
“I knew you had that,” said his opponent as he tabled 33, giving him a worse full house.
Christman doubled up to 155,000 and is back near his peak chip count before dinner break.
