Bruce Buffer and Yang Kai looked down at a completed board of KKJ68. With over 15,000 already in the middle, Kai checked his action over to Buffer.

Buffer reached for chips and moved 13,000 past the betting line. Yang called only to muck his cards after Buffer rolled over AK for trip kings. Buffer pulled the pot and brought his stack up to 109,500.

Shulman and Yang

Barry Shulman continues to chip up.

In one hand, Kai Yang raised to 700 from early position and Shulman called from the hijack. The cutoff and big blind called as well and the flop came 972 and Shulman bet 2,000 when checked to. Only Yang called and a J fell on the turn.

Both players checked and a Q completed the board.

There was another round of checks and Shulman took down the pot when he showed 87 to Yang’s A10.

Shulman closed in on the 80,000 mark while Yang dropped to 25,300.
