Dan Colpoys Bubbles Day 1B
Jan 06, '23
We caught up with the action on a board reading AJ345.
Dan Colpoys had bet 8,000, leaving about 50,000 behind. Pierce McKellar opted to raise all in, and Colpoys didn’t wait too long before putting in the chips.
McKellar showed A10, and Colpoys mucked. The dealer was forced to turn his hand over, however, revealing J-10.
The remaining 22 players are now all in the money, and will bag up for the evening. Stay tuned for full chip counts from the field.

Jan 08, '23
Pierce McKellar raised to 120,000 from under-the-gun and John Phan called from the small blind. The flop fell Q86 and Phan made a stop-and-go move all-in for 325,000.
McKellar quickly called with AQ, and Phan saw he was dominated by A8.
The turn and river fell 6K and Phan was eliminated in 12th place. His payout would be chopped with the next pay jump, however, since Brian Battistone was eliminated on the next table at the same time.
Phan earned $9,110 for his run.
