Mukul Pahuja has had quite a run over the past several months, appearing at the final tables of both the Seminole Hard Rock $10,000,000 guarantee and World Poker Tour Montreal. However, Pahuja will have to put up another $1,100 if he hopes to make the final table at Palm Beach Kennel Club.
Gary Bodley raised to 3,500 from under the gun and the player in the small blind called and Pahuja moved all in for his last 19,000. Bodley quickly called and the small blind got out of the way. Pahuja turned over two red Jacks and Bodley showed A

and was called by an opponent who held the 7 7.
The flop fell J 10 8, giving Pahuja top pair and the lead. However, the 9 on the turn gave his opponent a straight.
Pahuja could only hope for a chop.
Fortunately for him, the Q landed on the river and the two had the same hand.
