In the end, the largest share of that money was awarded to local Jacksonville poker pro Eddy Mroczkowski, who earned $41,248 after striking a heads-up deal with fellow local James Brown to secure the title.
This was the largest live tournament score of Mroczkowskiâs career, surpassing the $35,224 he earned as the runner-up finisher in a 2019 World Poker Tour bestbet Bounty Scramble preliminary event. The victory increased his career earnings to $444,658.
