Two of the top three stacks in the field on day 1B played a huge pot with minutes left in the final level of the night.
Devron Miller raised to 5,000 and Brian Patrick reraised to 13,500. Miller thought it over for a moment before calling.

and Patrick checked, prompting Miller to fire out a sizable 45,000 chip bet. Patrick check-raised to 104,000. Miller moved all-in for 216,300 total.
“How much is it?” asked Patrick.
“A lot,” answered Miller.
Patrick went into the tank, clearly agonizing about the decision. “This would be a crazy call.”
After several minutes, his thinking out loud changed course slightly.
“I could come back with a lot… I played so well all day.” After a few more minutes he eventually folded.
Miller climbed into the outright chip lead for the day with 368,600 while Patrick fell to 268,400 to end the day.

Devron Miller Crosses 200,000 Mark

Sean Yu raised to 3,000 and a player moved all in from middle position for 16,900. Action folded around to Devron Miller and he reraised to 35,000 in an attempt to isolate.
Brian Patrick, immediately behind Miller, then went into the tank. After a few minutes, another player at the table, not involved in the hand, called for the clock. With about 30 seconds remaining, Patrick folded.
Yu then thought it over for a little bit before calling the clock on himself. About 45 seconds later, he folded and the hands were turned up.
The all-in player showed pocket sixes and Miller revealed pocket kings. Incredibly, both Patrick and Yu claimed to have pocket tens.
The board ran out J 9 2 Q Q and Miller wont the pot, increasing his stack to just over 206,000.

Devron Miller Breaks The Six-Figure Barrier

Devron Miller is the current chip leader with 123,000. As he was one of the first players to break the 100,000 chip mark, the Card Player reporting staff was taking some photos of Miller.
“I sure am getting a lot of scrutiny for being an unknown,” said Miller.
If he keeps building his stack as he has so far today, he might not remain an “unknown” for long.

Devron Miller raised to 55,000 preflop and Gary Sewell three-bet to 100,000. Miller moved all-in and Sewell quickly called with the AK and Miller was in trouble with the K10.
