Thomas called with the AA and was up against Paryani’s AJ for a flush draw.
The turn was the 8, giving Paryani the ace-high flush and leaving Thomas drawing dead. The 9 on the river sealed the deal and Paryani doubled up to 1,330,000. Thomas fell to 640,000.
