After some more consideration he made the call with the 84, which was indeed the best hand as Brown had the AK.
The board completed with the Q8 to secure the pot for Wilson and send Brown to the rail in 16th place, earning $5,800 for his deep run.
Wilson ended the hand with more than a million in chips.
