Mario De La Puente raised to 3,000 from middle position and Josh Gerjevic three-bet to 10,000 from the hijack. Peter Le moved all in from the cutoff for 28,200 and action quickly folds back to Gerjevic.
Gerjevic tanks for about a minute, while cutting out chips to call and looking at what he would have left in his stack. He eventually called.
Gerjevic showed AJ and was dominated by Le’s AK.
The flop was Q74, which gave Gerjevic a ton of equity with the nut flush draw. The turn was the J, giving Gerjevic the lead, and the river was the Q. Gerjevic won the pot and Le was eliminated.
