Vladimir Dobrovolskii Scores Double Knockout
Jul 19, '17
We didn’t see the action, but after a series of raises and reraises, Iverson Cotton Snuffer was all-in holding A-10, Faraz Jaka was all-in with QQ, and Vladimir Dobrovolskii had them both covered with AA.
The flop of K32 kept Dobrovolskii in the lead, but the Q on the turn gave Jaka the best hand with a set of queens, and also gave Snuffer new life with a gutshot straight draw.
The river, however, was the A, and Dobrovolskii’s hand was best. Jaka and Snuffer were eliminated, and Dobrovolskii is now among the leaders with 293,000.
