Kristin Kane Eliminates Jerry Morrell

Just a few hands after their last confrontation, Kristin Kane and Jerry Morrell were at it again, but this time the result was much more severe.
A player in middle position raised to 800 and Kane called from the cutoff. Morrell raised to 2,700 from the button and the original raiser folded. Kane shoved for about 45,000 and Morrell, having slightly less, went into the tank.
“I know we are flipping,” Morrell said as he mulled over his decision.
In the end, Morrell called and tabled king-queen but was dominated by Kane’s ace-king.
The board ran out K6483 and Morrell was eliminated.

We missed Kane’s original raise from the hijack seat, but arrived in time to see Morrell make it 4,800 from the cutoff. Kane called and after a flop of 965 Kane check-called Morrell’s bet of 5,800. After the 5 opened on the turn Kane check-shoved for about 24,000 in response to Morrell’s bet of 10,000.
Morrell quickly pushed his cards to the middle and Kane scooped the pot.

She had her opponent covered and so he was sent to the rail while she raked in the sizable pot to increase her stack to 37,000.
