Pej Premo Doubles Up Estevan Trevino
Apr 22, '18
Estevan Trevino, who entered the day as the second shortest stack in the room, is still hanging on for dear life. He just got his last 45,000 into the middle with J10 from the small blind. Pej Premo called the bet from the big blind with J4, and the two players were off to see a flop.
Trevino was in good shape to find new hope in the tournament. The flop fell 9-9-5 rainbow, which was safe for Trevino. However, another five came on the turn and Trevino was now looking to chop the pot. However, a jack on the river gave Trevino the win with jacks and nines with a 10 kicker. Premo, who was unfazed by losing the hand, held jacks and nines with a five kicker.
