Aaron Takes Out Aaron
Aug 25, '18
Aaron Porter raised to 3,500 from early position and was called by Raj Vohra in the hijack. The action folded around to Aaron Kupin in the small blind, and he moved all in for about 16,000.
Porter responded by moving a giant stack of yellow chips forward, essentially raising all-in. Vohra folded, and Porter turned over AK.
Kupin could only reveal a dominated AQ, and to add insult to injury, both players wound up making two pair on a board of K76AQ.
Porter is now one of the tournament’s big stacks with 187,000.
