Blake Buffington Takes Chip Lead, Busts Cody Slaubaugh
Oct 27, '09
We don’t know all of the details, except for that the money got in on a K-6-5 flop.
Cody Slaubaugh held K-5 for bottom pair and Blake Buffington had top set of kings. The turn and river sealed Slaubaugh’s fate and he became the second elimination of the tournament. The first bustout belonged to a player that wished to remain anonymous just a few tables over.
Buffington is now the chip leader with over 45,000 in chips.
