Flight 1I: Ed Abedini's Aces KO Opponent
Jul 12, '17
Ed Abedini is up to more than 300,000 after knocking off an opponent. Abedini looked down at two aces, the AA, after an all-in bet. Abedini called and was up against the A6 of his opponent.
The flop of J-10-2 rainbow was great for the aces. Abedini could only lose to running sixes. The three on the turn sealed the deal, and a meaningless deuce fell on the river.
Abedini was up to about three times the average stack after the hand.

Flight 1I: Ed Abedini Flops Set, Triples Up
Jul 12, '17
Ed Abedini held pocket nines on a J93 flop, and got all of his 50,000 chip stack into the middle against two players, one with two black queens, and the other with the KJ.
The 6 fell on the turn, which was a great card for the set of nines. Abedini needed to dodge just a queen to survive. The river was the 4, giving Abedini the triple up. The player with queens scooped a small side pot.
