We caught up with the action on a flop of 542 with two all-in players.
Luciano Nardi was all-in on the flop with 22 for bottom set against Justin Swilling’s 65 for top pair and a gutshot straight draw.
The other player, who was presumably all-in preflop, turned over J7 and was drawing extremely slim.
“The last level of the night,” bemoaned Swilling when he saw what he had run into.
The turn and river fell AK, and Nardi more than doubled up to 178,000, leaving Swilling with crumbs and eliminating the short stack. Swilling was eliminated just a few hands later.
