Lou Barlow raised to 32,000 from the cutoff and Jeremy Hesselberg flatted from the button. The blinds folded, leaving the duo heads up to see the J44 flop. Barlow immediately announced that he was all in for his last 146,000, sending Barlow into the tank. After about a minute, Hesselberg stood up from the table and shoved calling chips forward.
“Good call,” said Barlow.
Barlow: A5
Hesselberg: AJ
Hesselberg’s ace-jack was in the lead and stayed that way through the 2 on the turn and the 7 on the river. Barlow hit the rail and Hesselberg boosted his stack to approximately 705,000.
