Live Updates:
Harold Lilie Eliminated in 9th Place ($48,669)
Harold Lilie started the day third in chips, but dropped down the leader board after Hoyt Corkins doubled through him with over cards for a flush against his pocket nines. Lilie was knocked down to around 500,000 that hand and got it all in with the best of it shortly after in a classic race situation.
Harold Lilie open-shoved for 455,000 from under the gun and Bill Stabler called.
Lilie was all in for his tournament life with QQ against Stabler’s AK.
The board came A934J, giving Stabler top pair on the flop to win the pot and eliminate Harold Lilie in 9th place ($48,669).
Allyn Jaffrey Shulman Doubles Through William Thomson
William Thomson open-shoved for about 600,000 before the flop and Allyn Jaffrey Shulman called all in for a little more than 400,000 from the button.
Shulman was all in for her tournament life and in the lead with QQ against Thomson’s AJ.
The board came 104386, offering no help to Thomson as Shulman doubled up to about 900,000.
