Casey Coleman Eliminated in 10th Place ($7,508)
Mike Schwartz came in for a raise to 60,000 and both Casey Coleman and Matt Giannetti made the call. The flop came 773, and Schwartz made a bet. Coleman called all in for his last few thousand chips while Giannetti got out of the way. Schwartz turned over 88 for the overpair while Coleman showed AQ. Coleman would need some help on the turn and/or river to stay alive. The turn was the J and the river was the 10, no help to Casey Coleman who was eliminated in 10th place ($7,508).
Alex Triner Doubles Through Chip Leader
Sergey Rybachenko came in for a pre-flop raise from under the gun and made two callers out of Alex Triner and John Strzemp. The flop came AK5, and Rybacheno bet 135,000. Triner called, Strzemp folded. The 4 hit the turn and Rybachenko fired out 275,000. Triner reraised all in for roughly 400,000 more and Rybachenko tanked for a minute before making the call. Triner turned over AQ for top pair, top kicker while Rybachenko showed A10 for top pair with a weaker kicker. Rybachenko could win the pot with a ten on the river or split the pot if the board pairs the five or the four, otherwise Triner would double up. The river was the 9 and Alex Triner doubled through the chip leader to over 1,000,000 in chips.
