Steve Schlesinger Doubles Up
Apr 30, '15
Facing a raise to 400 from the player under the gun, Steve Schlesinger re-raised to 1,400 from middle position. Both the blinds called, the original raiser let go and the three players saw a flop of K104. Action checked around to Schlesinger and he slid out a bet of 4,000. The small blind called, the big blind released and the remaining two players watched the 6 peel off on the turn. The small blind checked and Schlesinger moved all in for 15,725. The small blind counted out enough chips to call and the hands were tabled.

Steve Schlesinger Wins A Crazy Hand
Apr 30, '15
A short stacked player was all in preflop with the A7 and called by Steve Schlesinger, who had picked up the KK.
The short stack player was well behind until the Q82 flop gave him the nut flush. All of a sudden Schlesinger was in need of running cards to win the hand.
The 8 on the turn fit the bill, giving Schlesinger the chance to hit a king or an eight on the river to retake the lead.
The K did indeed roll off the deck, giving Schlesinger kings full and the pot and sending his opponent to the rail early in level 3.
