Max Pescatori Wins $2,500 No-Limit Event

Anthony Reategui raises $40,000 before the flop and Max Pescatori calls.  The flop comes 10club7diamond6heart, and Reategui bets $100,000, Pescatori raises an additional $350,000, and Reategui moves all in.  Pescatori makes the call and flips over Jclub8club and Reategui shows Qclub10diamond.  The Kheart turn helps neither player, but the 9diamond gives Pescatori the jack high straight and he eliminates Reategui from the tournament ($356,040).

Pescatori wins his first WSOP bracelet and takes home $682,389.

 

Pescatori Takes Another Pot

Max Pescatori raises to $50,000 preflop and Anthony Reategui calls.  The flop comes 10heart7diamond4club and Reategui bets $40,000.  Pescatori makes the call and the turn is the 6spade.  Both players check and the river is the Aspade.  Reategui bets $195,000 and Pescatori moves all in.  After a few moments, Reategui mucks his cards and Pescatori rakes the pot.

Max Pescatori Adds To His Lead

Anthony Reategui raises to $50,000 preflop and Max Pescatori makes the call.  The flop comes KclubJspade5spade and Pescatori checks.  Reategui bets $65,000 and Pescatori raises to $180,000.  Reategui makes the call and the turn is the 9spade.  Both players check and the river is the 5heart.  Pescatori moves all in and Reategui mucks his hand.
 

Max Pescatori Wins a Big Pot

Max Pescatori raises to $55,000 and Anthony Reategui makes the call.  The flop comes Jclub4club3diamond and Reategui checks.  Pescatori bets out $90,000 and Reategui calls.  The turn is the 8club and Reategui again checks.  Pescatori bets out $250,000 and Reategui makes the call again.  The river is the 10club and both players check.  Reategui states he has a pair of eights, but Pescatori flips over Jheart5club for a flush.  Reategui mucks his hand and Pescatori rakes a huge pot.

Max Pescatori Doubles Up

On the first hand of heads up play, Max Pescatori bets $125,000 on a board of Jheart5club3club4club.  Anthony Reategui raises to $400,000 and Pescatori moves all in.  Reategui makes the call and shows Jclub4diamond for two pair.  However, Peascatori flips over 10club2club for a flush.  The river is the 6heart and Max Pescatori has doubled up and taken a slight chip lead.

Justin Pechie Eliminated 3rd ($206,207)

Justin Pechie is all in preflop again against Max Pescatori.  Pechie shows 6heart6diamond and Pescatori flips over 8heart8club.  The Kspade8spade6club flop gives both players a set, and the Kheart makes a full house over full house situation.  The 8diamond river gives Pescatori quad eights and he eliminates Pechie from the tournament in 3rd place ($206,207).

Justin Pechie is all in preflop with Aheart7heart and is called by Anthony Reategui with Aclub6spade.  The board comes KclubKspade8heartJclub9heart and both players chop the pot.
