It's level 23 and the blinds are 10,000/20,000 with a 2,000 ante.
Things have slowed down here heads up. Here are some of the hands that have just gone down:
Nico Behling bet 45,000 on a 107
5
flop, Joao Barbosa reraised to 190,000, Behling folds.
Then, on a K7
6
, Behling bets 20,000, Barbosa calls. The turn is the 3
, Behling bets 55,000, Barbosa thinks and folds.
Chips then went back and forth once more but on a grander scale...
Behling bet 68,000 preflop and Barbosa called.
The flop was K8
7
, Behling checks, Barbosa bets 75,000, and Behling raises to 200,000. Barbosa then goes one better and reraises all in. Behling folds after not very long, and smiles.
Behling then took some back a couple of hands later. Blinds in and the flop comes KJ
9
, Barbosa bets 70,000, Behling calls, and the turn comes the 4
. Both players check. The river is the 8
, Behling bets 185,000 and Barbosa folds.
Joao Barbosa bets 44,000 preflop, Minieri shoves, and Barbosa calls with 99. Minieri flips over 7
7
and the board falls:
Q3
3
8
4
Minieri leaves the tournament in third place, €123,162 richer.
Folded to Dario Minieri preflop who was waiting to pounce, he flips over pocket jacks and says, "Oh no, no, no, Come one give me action!" His short stack is longing for company!
It's now level 22. There will be a 15 minute break after level 23. The blinds are currently 8,000/16,000 with a 2,000 ante.
The very first hand back and Dario Minieri is already raising despite being the shortest of all stacks. Straight after this, he bets 48,000 preflop, Behling folds, and Joao Barbosa moves all in. Barbosa must be thinking it's groundhog day as he seems to be at the brunt of every Minieri conversation. The small Italian says, "I fold, you show?" Barbosa smiled slightly and shrugged - too polite to say, "NO!" Minieri thinks for a bit and then with a cheeky smile says, "Actually, I have another question - I fold and I show, you show?" Barbosa agrees, Minieri folds and shows A-3 off-suit. Barbosa shows pocket sixes. "Nice hand," says Dario.
He now sits with his wooly scarf pulled tight around his mouth.
After a prolonged dinner break (in order to discuss a deal) players are finally back in their seats. We are not too sure what kind of deal they did or did not decide on but hopefully will find out by end of play.

With no action going on before the dinner break. The three final players -- Dario Minieri, Nico Behling, and Joao Barbosa can have some Polish cuisine and relax a little before the intense action of the last few hours of the event occur. When they return, it will be level 21 and the blinds will be 6,000/12,000 with a 1,000 ante. In the meantime here are some videos of Ludovic Lacay and Michael Muheim before they busted out of the final table.
