Ken Aldridge limped in on the button, John Juanda called in the small blind and Phil Ivey checked his option in the big blind.
The flop came 10J2 and Juanda checked to Ivey, who bet and was raised by Aldridge. Juanda folded and Ivey called. The 8 fell on the turn and Aldridge got the rest of his chips in against Ivey.
Aldridge showed the JQ32, giving him jacks and deuces, and Ivey showed J968, giving him jacks and eights.
Neither player had a low draw and the 8 gave Ivey a full house and the pot, sending Aldridge home in third.

“You got anything?” Juanda asked.
“Two pair,” replied Ivey.
Juanda let out an expletive as he showed his ace-high. Juanda ran two pair, aces-up, but Ivey filled up and it didn’t matter. Ivey now will go heads-up with Bill Chen for the bracelet.

Lisandro showed A488 and Ivey showed KK47 to chop the main and side pot between each other. Hahn couldn’t beat either hand and was eliminated in seventh.

Ivey showed AQK2 and Baker showed AK65.
The J fell on the river and Ivey scooped the pot to send Baker home.
Jeffrey Lisandro Eliminated in Fifth Place ($68,417)

Jeffrey Lisandro was crippled in a stud hand with Ken Aldridge when Lisandro made a straight against Aldridge’s full house, which left him with just a few chips. This hand came shortly after.
Lisandro was all-in on third street against Ken Aldridge. Their boards ran out like this.

Juanda kept the aggression by betting sixth and seventh street as well. Lisandro called on sixth but folded seventh, showing that he had the 4-5-2 in the hole and couldn’t muster up better than a 10-low.

Bill Chen raised from the cutoff preflop and was called by John Juanda from the big blind.
The flop came 448 and Juanda checked and called a bet from Chen. The J came on the turn and Juanda led into Chen and was called. The 3 peeled off on the river and Juanda bet again and was raised by Chen.
Juanda made the call and mucked when Chen showed AA. Chen is up to 1,200,000 and Juanda fell to 410,000.
The final table for event no. 37, the $3,000 H.O.R.S.E. event, is set and none other than Phil Ivey is the chip leader as the final table begins. Ivey has just under 1,000,000 in chips and has just over a one-hundred thousand chip lead on the second place stack, Kenneth Aldridge.
Ivey is rumored to have millions in side bets riding on his future bracelets. One of which is with Howard Lederer, reportedly worth $5 million for three bracelets in two years.
