Dror Michaelo began heads-up play with a chip deficit of slightly less than 2:1 with about 4.6 million to Maxim Lykov’s 9 million. Despite having plenty of play left with about 38 BBs, Michaelo had no qualms about getting it all in.
In one of the first hands of heads-up play, he shipped nearly 1 million chips across the table after rivering top pair against Lykov’s flopped straight. That hand gave Lykov more than a 3:1 chip advantage when Michaelo three-bet shoved from the button before the flop with
