Jurgens Doubles Back Through Chappell

Rubin Chappell raised to 225,000 from the button and Nichoel Jurgens defended from the big blind. The flop brought the 8Spade Suit7Club Suit6Spade Suit

Jurgens checked and Chappell moved all-in. Jurgens called and showed the QSpade SuitJSpade Suit for a flush draw and overs while Chappell rolled over the AHeart Suit9Heart Suit for ace high and an open-ended straight draw.

The turn brought the QHeart Suit to put Jurgens in the lead with a pair of queens, and the 4Club Suit secured her double up.

Rubin Chappell Doubles Through Nichoel Jurgens

Ruben Chappell opened to 230,000 preflop from the button with the ASpade Suit6Heart Suit and Nichoel Jurgens reraised to 625,000 with the ADiamond SuitQDiamond Suit. Chappell then moved all-in and Jurgens made the call.

The flop brought a sweat with the 6Diamond Suit3Club Suit2Diamond Suit, giving Chappell a pair but Jurgens the nut flush draw. The 7Heart Suit fell on the turn, and the 5Club Suit on the river and Chappell’s sixes were enough to win the gigantic pot and double him up to 4.4 million.

Thomas Beckstead Doubles Up

Thomas Beckstead got all-in with the 3Heart Suit3Diamond Suit against Nichoel Jurgen’s AClub Suit7Spade Suit.

The board ran out JDiamond Suit4Club Suit2Heart SuitJHeart Suit6Heart Suit and Beckstead’s threes stayed in the lead, giving him the pot and the double up to around 3.4 million.

Chop It Up

There was a stir of commotion from the rail that has gathered to watch the final four battle it out as an all-in call was announced. Thomas Beckstead had raise from the button and Kevin Lee shoved from the small blind.

Beckstead made the call and flipped up the ASpade Suit3Heart Suit only to that he had essentially the same hand as Lee, who also held the AHeart Suit3Club Suit. The board didn’t bring a four-flush and the two chopped the pot.

 

Rubin Chappell Picks Off Beckstead's Bluff

Rubin Chappell raised with the 9Club Suit9Diamond Suit and Thomas Beckstead, who had just eliminated Alan Myerson, reraised to 430,000. After some thought,Chappell made the call and the flop came out 10Diamond Suit6Heart Suit2Diamond Suit and Chappell thought for a moment again and then checked. Beckstead announced that he was all-in, and after a few minutes of thought Chappell made the call.

The turn and river brought the 10Heart Suit and the ASpade Suit, and Chappell doubled up.

The flop rolled out ASpade Suit9Club Suit8Diamond Suit and Beckstead checked. Myerson shoved and Beckstead called. The run out didn’t change anything and Myerson was eliminated in fifth place, taking home $14,460.
