Javier Gomez raised to 210,000 from the cutoffand Paul Hoefer made the call from the big blind.

3 and Hoefer check-called 250,000. The 5 hit the turn and Hoefer checked again. Gomez bet 625,000 and Hoefer again called.
The river was the 4 and Hoefer checked again. Gomez checked behind and Hoefer showed the K7 for a flush. Gomez mucked and fell to 5,400,000 while Hoeffer chipped up to 4,900,000.
Jacobson opened to 225,000 from UTG and Hoefer shoved from the button for 1.6 million. It was folded back to Jacobson and he insta-called with AQ. Hoefer was behind with KQ. The board ran out K53108 to give Hoefer the double. Jacobson was down to about 5 million. Hoefer obviously had about double what he moved in for, so he was sitting with more than 3 million.
