Fred Berger Wins Event #21 ($103,995)

Eric Larcheveque limps on the button and Fred Berger makes it $24,000 more to go.  Larcheveque thinks for awhile before pushing all in and Berger insta calls.  Berger shows Q Q and is surprised when Larcheveque turns over A A.  The flop comes 5 5 4 and doesn't improve Berger. The turn is the K and both players are sweating the river.  Berger needs one of the two remaining Queens or else Larcheveque will have 95% of the chips in play.   The river is the Q and Berger raises his hands in the air, ecstatic at the change in events.  Larcheveque, stunned, casually walks around the table before shaking Berger's hand, gracious in defeat.  Larcheveque will take home $53,040 for second place.  Berger takes home the bracelet, $103,995 and the $25,000 seat into the WPT Championship.
