The star players seated for High Stakes Poker have millions at stake, ready to win or lose everything, sometimes on a single hand. The series returns for its second season after being called "the only real game of poker on television," and "the best teaching tool for learning poker."

Featuring a $100,000 minimum buy-in with millions of the player's own money at stake, GSN (the Game Show Network) delivers the first true cash game on TV. High Stakes Poker gives a first-ever look into the biggest private no-limit hold'em cash game going. Season two continues with the only poker series that gives viewers the chance to see the top poker players buy in for $100,000 or more of their own money. The game was taped at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas for sixteen high-octane episodes.

High Stakes Poker has increased household ratings by 79% on Monday nights on GSN while doubling the male 18-49 ratings and tripling the male 25-54 ratings for the network.

The High Stakes Poker one hour episodes will air for sixteen weeks, every Monday at 9pm ET/PT, starting June 5, on GSN.

The players in the premiere episode include:
Daniel Negreanu
Michael Mizrachi
Mike Matusow
Phil Laak
Sam Farha
Antonio Esfandiari
Fred Chamanara
Daniel Alaei

Gabe Kaplan and AJ Benza will announce the action.
