Tom 'durrrr' DwanEarly Wednesday morning Tom “durrrr” Dwan and Dan “jungleman12” Cates put in another session in the Durrrr Challenge.

The two nosebleed regulars sat down at the virtual on Full Tilt Poker for some action at $200-$400 no-limit hold’em and ended up playing slightly more than 1,400 hands. Dwan finished the session up about $18,000, which continues his trend of small wins.

Cates still sits out in front $555,000 after about 25 percent of the required 50,000 hands completed. The 21-year-old online pro had another lengthy session this past week end almost dead even. Cates and Patrik Antonius played about 1,000 hands at $300-$600 pot-limit Omaha and no-limit hold’em, with Antonius coming out on top just barely.

Other winners of the past week include David Benefield, Rami “arbianight” Boukai, and Scott “UrNotINdanger2” Palmer who took Antonius for about $350,000 over the weekend.

At around 10 a.m. PST Wednesday, Phil Ivey and German unknown IHateJuice were playing heads-up at $3,000-$6,000 limit hold’em, which are the highest stakes of any game on Full Tilt. The session was over by 11 a.m., with IHateJuice finishing in the black more than $100,000 against Ivey.

Even with the match, action has been quiet so far at the new nosebleed stakes for fixed-limit hold’em. The online poker site recently added the level per the request of IHateJuice.
