Andrew LichtenbergerThe World Series of Poker Circuit tour pulls into Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Friday and the tournament series will run until the end of April. This is the first time that the tour will be in Las Vegas before the WSOP Circuit National Championship that will also take place at Caesars Palace at the end of May.

The tournament series is comprised of 10 events and the marquee tournament is the $1,500 no-limit hold’em main event that begins on April 28 and crowns a champion on April 30.

There are multiple satellites for the main event on Wednesday, April 27. There will be a $200 stimulus satellite at noon on the 27th with five additional seats added. There will also be a $160 satellite later that day at 4 p.m. An hour later there will be a $240 mega satellite, and the final opportunity for players to win their way into the main event will be a $160 super satellite at 7 p.m.

This WSOP Circuit stop is always popular with Las Vegas professionals and the final table at last year’s main event featured Matt Stout, Aaron Been, Steve O’Dwyer, Brock Parker, and the eventual champion Andrew Lichtenberger, who took home $190,137 and a gold ring for the win.
