I look forward to once more watching the comical and chaotic event that is the Blind Man’s Bluff World Championship, and am I interested to see who will take home the title of Irish Winter Festival 2011 Champion and a wad of cash to boot.

“It would be nice to follow the success of the Irish Open and have not only an Irish winner but also a paddypowerpoker.com qualifier take the crown.”

Online qualifiers are underway for this event at paddypowerpoker.com with the main weekly events on Sunday and Monday evening.

Last year Nicholas Newport won the Irish Winter Festival main event, the Irish Master, collecting €125,000.
