Zynga Poker Comes Under AttackAgincourt Gaming Accuses Zynga Of Patent Infringement |

Agincourt Gaming has accused Zynga of infringing its patents and has called for an injunction which could see Zynga’s Facebook games such as Zynga Poker, Farmville, and Mafia Wars shut down.
The company claimed that Zynga infringed two of its patents dating back to 1996 that relate to redeeming virtual prizes in games, and is seeking unspecified monetary damages.
This is the second suit brought against Zynga within a month. The company has not yet made a comment in response.
