Publicly quoted UK gaming operator Gala Coral has announced it is shutting Eurobet.com, including Eurobet Poker, on Sept. 30.
The company cited “recently enacted changes in European legislation” in an email to customers but did not offer further comment on what those changes were.
Gala Coral, which recently sponsored Late Night Poker and signed a deal with Playtech to help its ailing online business, said it would move forward with just one brand, Coral.co.uk.
The company said all funds were safe and secure but urged customers to begin withdrawing any balances they have at Eurobet.
