European Masters of Poker Barcelona Gets UnderwayWCOOP Champion Thomas Pedersen Among Players To Take To Felt In Penultimate EMOP Event |

The European Masters of Poker rolls into Barcelona, Spain today, Sept. 29, running until Oct. 2. The €1,100 buy in main event is expected to attract several hundred players – last year the event saw 430 players defeated by Finn Matias Knaapinen who took down €93,000.
Among those hitting the felt at the Gran Casino in Barcelona is recent World Championship of Online Poker winner Thomas Pedersen from Denmark who and is playing as part of Victor Chandler’s Team VC.
EMOP Barcelona also features a full schedule of side events with various buy-ins which included a €100 + €15 no-limit hold’em event on Sept. 26, a €50 + €10 pot-limit Omaha tournament on Sept. 27, as well as a €500 + €50 no-limit hold’em two-day event on Oct. 1.
