Erik Seidel is having one of the best years in tournament poker history, and you can catch a small glimpse into his poker mind during the network TV debut of the Epic Poker League, starting Oct. 7 at 10 p.m. ET on Velocity and Oct. 8 at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.

About the League

The Epic Poker League Inaugural Season includes four rake-free $20,000 main events, each with $400,000 in added money, and a $1,000,000 freeroll championship for the top 27 players in the League. To be eligible to compete, main event players must earn membership determined by a set of objective criteria.

The League’s initial telecast schedule will feature 20 hours of original television programming, seven to air on the CBS Television Network and an additional 13 original hours, on Discovery Communications’ Velocity network.
