While hoping our readers are enjoying their Christmas presents and not too busy returning unwanted gifts or recouping from over indulgence, Card Player caught up with some poker pros from all over the globe to find out how their year has been, who they thought did the best in 2011, their favourite way to spend Christmas, plus those vital plans for the New Year.

Roberto Romanello gets straight to the point when reflecting on a year that has been good to him.

Roberto Romanello: 2011 was another great year for me – A good solid string of cashes, final tables, and a major WPT event.
