The first Estrellas Poker Tour champion of season 3 has been crowned. After five fast-paced days and the shortest final table in the history of the Tour, Juan Miguel Tome emerged victorious in Madrid.
Tome, the dark horse of the pack, made it to the heads-up battle with Luis Rufas and then showed the poker world what he could do.
The Spanish player topped a field of 482 to take the lion’s share of the €462,720 prize pool. Rufas left with €88,512 for second place.
