CALIFORNIA
- 2012 Pala Poker Winter Open 18, ‘12 – Feb 28, ’12) — The Pala Casino Spa and Resort is kicking off an 18-event series late this week, with a Ladies International Poker Series(LIPS) $125 event on the 18th and a $125 bounty no-limit hold’em event on the 19th.
NEVADA
- The 2012 Caesars Winter Poker Classic (Feb 10, ‘12 – Mar 01, ’12) — This winter series of events returns for its second year, with 42 total events in total. This week will feature some unique tournaments. First off is the $130 Valentine Couple no-limit hold’em event, which will feature a team format where one member of a couple plays for 15 minutes, then hands control of their chips over to their partner. Also featured this week is a $130 heads-up no-limit hold’em event with a 64-player cap and a $350 no-limit hold’em event.

- The 2012 Mid-States Poker Tour: Columbus, MN (Feb 18, ‘12 – Feb 19, ’12) — The Mid-States Poker Tour pulls into the Running Aces Card Room in Columbus, Minnesota for its $1,100 no-limit hold’em Main Event that begins on the 18th, and plays down to a winner the following day.
