Horseshoe Casino Hosting Chicago Poker Classic

Series runs Thursday, Feb. 23 through Monday, Mar. 5, 2012

The $500 million Horseshoe Casino, just 20 minutes from downtown Chicago, has announced the return of the Chicago Poker Classic.

There series will run from Thursday, Feb. 23 through Monday, Mar. 5, 2012. The Chicago Poker Classic will be held in The Venue — Horseshoe Casino’s 90,000 square foot entertainment center and home of the World Series of Poker Circuit event.

The no-limit hold’em championship event begins on Mar. 2. The tournament has a buy-in of $3,125 and will run over a four-day span. $60,000 will be added to its prize pool.

Chicago Poker Classic prizes include $50,000 cash and a 2012 Chevy Camaro V8.
