Phil Ivey and Tom Dwan Confirmed For Largest Buy-In Tournament In Asia

APT Manila Millions Features HKD $1 Million Buy-In

Phil Ivey and Tom DwanThe Asian Poker Tour announced a new entry to the growing world of super high roller events with its HKD $1,000,000 (USD $129,000) buy-in ‘Manila Millions’ tournament, to be held during APT Philippines at Resorts World Manila on April 20th. The seven-figure HKD entry price makes this the largest buy-in tournament ever witnessed in Asia.

The high stakes tournament action is going to take place amidst the luxurious surroundings of Resorts World Manila’s Genting Club. A number of top professionals have already confirmed their intentions to play the massive event, including Phil Ivey and Tom “durrrr” Dwan.

“The Asian Poker Tour and Resorts World Manila are going to make poker history once again and this time it’s by staging Asia’s biggest super high roller event. A buy-in of this magnitude will put the Philippines on the world poker map and the APT is excited to once again be working with Resorts World Manila to make it all possible,” said Jeff Mann, CEO of the Asian Poker Tour.
