Paddy Power, Ireland's largest online sportsbook and poker site, has given its players the option to bet on their favorite poker players in tournaments around the world. By the time the European Poker Tour's London event starts, participating players may have placed a few pounds on themselves, and fans probably took some of the favorites.

No matter what event Phil Ivey participates in, the folks at Paddy Power also put him right at the top of the list, usually at 20-to-1. EPT London is no different. Although more than 200 players took part last year (and the event is expected to get close to its 400-player cap), the oddsmakers says the odds against him winning the event are 20-to-1.

If he pulls it off, Ivey will have had a very successful trip to Europe. Over the weekend, he finished second at the EPT event in Barcelona, winning €371,000. Last year, Ivey won two tournaments within a week, pocketing $1.6 million. To read about EPT Barcelona, click here.
