Tuesday saw one of poker's hottest stars taking on the general public in a battle of computerized Texas hold'em action. Daniel Negreanu joined a group of rotating players to play "STACKED" in the latest Xbox Live "Game with Fame" session.
Playing under the name "D Negreanu," the inspiration for the game "STACKED" took on players like Itsmejack, Atticusjackson, Saxmachine, Axpax, and a tight-playing woman named Seablade. Despite a minor technical difficulty that took away Negreanu's ability to verbally communicate with the players, the players at the table had nothing but good things to say about Negreanu and the game.
Negreanu also appeared to enjoy himself as he gave fans a chance to take down a couple of pots.
"This is a really cool way to play against other people," Negreanu said.
Xbox's "Game with Fame" promotion has also featured Jack Black, Jenny McCarthy, INXS, New York Yankee Jason Giambi, Ryan Cabrera, and rapper Ludacris.
