Qualify For Irish Winter Poker Festival This Weekend

There are many ways to qualify for this year’s Irish Winter Festival (IWF) €1,125 buy-in main event at PaddyPowerPoker.com. So here’s a little summary of how players can get going on winning a seat this weekend.

On Sunday there is one of three weekly super satellites with three €1,800 packages guaranteed. The €130 + €10 buy-in no-limit hold’em freezeout begins at 8 p.m.. There are numerous sit ‘n’ go and tournament feeders into the Sunday night satellite taking place all day with a variety of buy-ins.

The packages on offer tomorrow evening include the €1,000 + €125 IWF main event buy-in, €316 for 4 nights’ accommodation (Oct. 26-29) at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin, €30 for iPoker handling fees, and €329 for flights and spending.

Those who finish between 9th and 39th place qualify for a 30-seat freeroll with more than €750 in IWF prizes to be won, and finally, 39th to 139th qualify for a 100-seat freeroll featuring IWF prizes worth more than €540.

There is an IWF package worth €1,800 for the overall winner.

Last week, PaddyPowerPoker.com announced that it will give away 20 IWF packages on Oct. 14 at 8 p.m. in a special €180 + €12 buy-in no-limit hold’em Mega Satellite.

Players can get qualifying for this mega satellite with a wide range of sit ‘n’ go turbo games and feeders ongoing all day every day.
